Cloud & DevOps Engineer

Role & responsibilities

We are seeking a Cloud & DevOps Engineer with 1 year of hands-on experience to support cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and automation initiatives. The candidate should be eager to learn, collaborative, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing and monitoring cloud infrastructure (AWS / Azure / GCP).

Support CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot applications in cloud environments.

Work with Docker containers and assist with Kubernetes deployments.

Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform / ARM / CloudFormation.

Collaborate with Developers, QA, and Security teams for smooth deployments.

Monitor systems using tools like CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, or Grafana.

Assist with incident response, root cause analysis, and documentation.

Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.

Follow security best practices and compliance guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1 year of experience in Cloud or DevOps roles.

Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Basic understanding of Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.

Knowledge of Git version control.

Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools.

Basic understanding of containers (Docker) and orchestration concepts.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred / Good to Have

Exposure to Kubernetes (AKS / EKS / GKE).

Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tools.

Basic knowledge of networking concepts (VPC, Subnets, Load Balancers).

Understanding of cloud security fundamentals (IAM, RBAC, Secrets).

Experience with monitoring and logging tools.
