Job Description

As a Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3) at NTT DATA, your role will involve proactively identifying and resolving technical incidents and problems for clients. By engaging in pre-emptive service incident activities, product reviews, operational improvements, and quality assurance, you will ensure a high level of service delivery to clients while striving to meet service level agreements. With a focus on managing high complexity tickets, conducting advanced tasks, and providing solutions to a diverse range of complex problems, you will utilize your analytical thinking and deep technical expertise to achieve client outcomes. Additionally, you will play a key role in mentoring and coaching junior team members across functions. In this position, you will work across multiple technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, and Collaboration. Your responsibilities may also extend to supporting project work as needed. Key responsibilities include having a minimum of 7 years of experience in VMware infra as an L3, possessing a technical degree along with a VMware VCP Certificate, and familiarity with vSphere 7.0U3 and 8.0. Proficiency in tools like vCenter, ESXi, VROPs, SRM, vSAN, NSX, and KMS-Entrust will be essential for this role. This is an on-site working position where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact through your technical expertise and commitment to client satisfaction.
