Your day at NTT DATA As a Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3), you will play a crucial role in providing proactive identification and resolution of technical incidents and problems to clients. Your responsibilities will include pre-emptive service incident and resolution activities, product reviews, operational improvements, operational practices, and quality assurance to ensure a high level of service delivery to clients. The primary objective of this role is to maintain zero missed service level agreement (SLA) conditions by managing tickets of high complexity, conducting advanced tasks, and providing resolutions to a diverse range of complex problems. Your role will require considerable judgment, independent analysis within defined policies and practices, and the application of analytical thinking and deep technical expertise to achieve client outcomes. Additionally, you will be responsible for coaching and mentoring junior team members across functions. The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L3) focuses on two or more technology domains such as Cloud, Security, Networking, Applications, and Collaboration. You may also contribute to or support project work as needed. What You'll Be Doing Minimum 7 years of experience for L3 in VMware infra. Possess any technical degree and VMware VCP Certificate. Knowledge of vSphere 7.0U3 and 8.0. Experience with tools such as vCenter, ESXi, VROPs, SRM, vSAN, NSX, and KMS-Entrust.
