Must-Have

• 6 – 8 years strong knowledge and experience on Horizon VDI Desktop
• Maintaining and managing VDI desktops
• Install and update Horizon connection servers
• Design and plan VMware Horizon VDI environments
• Develop the infrastructure that the Horizon VDI runs on
• Troubleshooting and fixing any technical issues related to VDI performance, unregister and launces
• Installing and optimizing Windows server environment
• Managing Windows systems
• Train users and employees on how to use Horizon VDI desktops
• Supervising Horizon console
• Analyzing errors and logs
• Knowledge on full and linked clones
• Golden Image update
• Ensuring smooth operation
• Providing innovative solutions
• Providing business support
• Coordinating, implementing, and communicating any system changes that are to be made
• Open for 24 x 7 shifts

Good-to-Have

• Azure VDI
• ITIL process
