VME Analyst

As an Intern at EY-Parthenon - Corporate Finance, you will have the opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team providing insights and advice to clients on strategies to raise, invest, preserve, and optimize their capital. Your role will involve deep diving into financial statements, preparing financial statements, analyzing financial and operational results, identifying key deal issues, and executing diligence engagements. You will work closely with engagement Managers/Senior managers/Partners to ensure timely and quality delivery of project components. **Key Responsibilities:** - Deep dive study of financial statements and related schedules - Preparation of financial statements and analysis of target companies - Preparation of summary of findings - Identify and convey key deal issues - Execute diligence engagements - Ensure quality and timely delivery of project components - Understand basic valuation techniques **Skills and Attributes:** - Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - Ability to prepare graphs and analyze information - Attention to detail - Strong analytical capabilities - Excellent written and oral communication skills **Qualifications Required:** - Pursuing Chartered Accountancy or Post Graduate in Management/MBA with specialization in Finance - 0-6 months of experience - Good exposure to statutory audit, internal audit, and financial statement preparation **Additional Details:** You will have the opportunity to work with a team of professionals with commercial acumen and technical expertise.
