Job Description

Location - Parwanoo, Himachal Pradesh

VMC Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage
VMC machining operations
and ensure timely production output.
Handle
CNC/VMC programming, setup, and parameter optimization
for different components.
Lead and guide the shop floor team, ensuring effective
manpower utilization and performance
.
Maintain and manage
inventory of tools, raw materials, and consumables
.
Drive
process improvement initiatives
, 5S, and
Kaizen activities
.
Monitor production quality and coordinate with QA for corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all
safety procedures and maintenance schedules
.
Report daily production performance and downtime to management.
