• Machining Knowledge: Understanding of machining processes, tooling, feeds, speeds, and material properties is crucial.
• CAD/CAM Proficiency: Ability to use Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software to create 3D models and Computer-Aided Manufacturing (CAM) software to generate toolpaths and G-code.
• G-code Programming: Proficiency in writing, editing, and troubleshooting G-code, which is the programming language used to control CNC machines.
• Technical Drawing Interpretation: Capability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications to translate design requirements into machining operations.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize machining processes, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient production.
• Attention to Detail: Precision is critical in machining; a VMC programmer must pay close attention to dimensions, tolerances, and quality standards.
• Communication Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers, machinists, and other team members to ensure clear understanding of requirements and objectives.
• Continuous Learning: Keeping up-to-date with advancements in machining technology, software updates, and industry best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
