VMC Programmer

Job Title: VMC Programmer *Key Responsibilities:* ● Create VMC & CNC programs using CAM software (Mastercam, Delcam, SolidCAM, etc.) for mold components. ● Read and interpret technical drawings and 3D CAD models. ● Select appropriate tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters. ● Support machine setup, dry run, and first-part inspection. ● Optimize programs to reduce machining time and improve tool life. ● Collaborate with the tool room, design, and quality teams. ● Maintain records of programs, setup sheets, and tool lists. ● Ensure machining meets required tolerances and surface finish. ● Adhere to safety protocols and 5S practices. Minimum Job Requirements : Educational Qualification : Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Tool & Die Making *Job Skills* ● VMC & CNC programming (G-code/M-code) ● CAM software (Mastercam, SolidCAM) ● Reading technical drawings & GD&T ● Tool & fixture selection ● VMC machine setup & operation ● Basic inspection and measurement ● Knowledge of mold materials (P20, H13, etc.) ● Process optimization ❏ Problem-solving ability ❏ Teamwork and coordination ❏ Time management ❏ Willingness to learn *Other Information:* 1. Exposure to ISO/IATF quality systems. 2. Candidates from same/similar industries will be preferred. 3. Candidates from NCR will be preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per year
