Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Pune for VMC Operators. The VMC Operators will be responsible for operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs), setting up and adjusting machines, monitoring machine operations, maintaining production equipment, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and undertaking continuous improvement initiatives. Additional tasks might include troubleshooting and resolving machining issues.

Qualifications

• Operating, setting up, and adjusting VMC machines
• Ability to monitor machine operations and implement maintenance routines
• Adherence to safety standards and protocols
• Troubleshooting and resolving machining issues
• High School diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in machining or related fields are a plus
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented approach
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
