VMC Operators

In this role at Cunova Services Pvt. Ltd, located in Dobbaspete, as a VMC Operator, you will be responsible for working with computer numeric control (CNC) machines to cut, shape, and form metal parts based on engineering blueprints and specifications. Your duties will include loading and unloading materials, setting up machines, adjusting machine tools, conducting quality checks, and ensuring a smooth production flow. **Key Responsibilities:** - Operate and monitor VMC machines to produce metal parts according to specifications - Load and unload materials onto the machines - Set up and adjust machine tools as necessary - Perform regular maintenance and troubleshooting on machines - Ensure the production process runs smoothly and efficiently - Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy - Maintain a clean and organized work area - Adhere to safety and quality standards **Qualifications:** - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 to 4 years of experience or ITI - Previous experience as a VMC Operator, CNC Operator, or similar role - Proficiency in operating VMC machines - Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints or drawings - Ability to operate and program VMC machines - Ability to work independently in a team - Experience with CNC 2D programming - Knowledge of 3D program software more preferred (Mastercam) - Good understanding of machining techniques - Strong attention to detail and precision - Continuous improvement mindset - Problem-solving skills - Basic computer skills Please note the mentioned skills include vmc setter, quality control, vmc machine operation, engineering blueprint interpretation, continuous improvement, machining techniques, basic computer skills, and cnc programming.,
