Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced VMC Operator to join our dynamic team. The VMC Operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining VMC machines to produce precision components according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining operations, excellent attention to detail, and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up VMC machines by installing and adjusting cutting tools, fixtures, and workpieces according to job requirements.
• Program VMC machines using computer-aided manufacturing (CAM) software to execute machining operations accurately.
• Operate VMC machines to perform milling, drilling, tapping, and other machining processes to produce components with tight tolerances.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning, troubleshoot any issues that arise, and make adjustments as necessary to maintain quality and productivity.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on VMC machines, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts, to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished components using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges to verify conformance to specifications.
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in machining or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as a VMC Operator or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Strong understanding of machining processes and tooling concepts.
• Ability to program and operate VMC machines using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Siemens NX).
• Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
