We are looking for a VMC Operator to join our leading Carbon & graphite Company -Reinvent Carbon Pvt Ltd. Job Title: VMC Operator Experience: 2 Years Location: Nashik, Ambad (Vilholi) Job Type: Full-time (Rotational Shifts) 🔗 LinkedIn – Reinvent Carbon Job Responsibilities (VMC Machine): Safely and correctly load and unload raw materials into the VMC machine. Read and understand blueprints and technical drawings to produce accurate parts. Operate the VMC machine to manufacture parts according to specifications. Use precision measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to check part dimensions and ensure they meet tolerances. Understand, interpret, and make edits to FANUC G-code programs as needed. Set up and use proper tooling, fixtures, and machine setups for different operations. Perform tool wear offsets and make adjustments to maintain part accuracy. Detect and troubleshoot any issues with the machining process. Perform daily cleaning and light maintenance tasks on the VMC machine. Follow preventive maintenance procedures as recommended by the machine manufacturer. Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.
