Key Responsibilities

• Operate VMC and/or VTL CNC machine's as per process requirements
• Perform setup, tooling, and fixture adjustments
• Load/unload workpieces and monitor machine cycles
• Programming & Adjustments
• Interpret CNC programs (Fanuc / Siemens / other controls)
• Make necessary offset and tool corrections
• Assist in simple editing of CNC programs if required
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints
• Inspect finished components using calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and CMM (if applicable)
• Ensure parts meet tolerance, surface finish, and dimensional accuracy
• Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on machines
• Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S compliance)
• Follow safety protocols and report any abnormalities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹20,500.00 per month
