Job title: Machine Operator(CNC/VMC/HMC) Position: Permanent / On Roll Gender: Male Candidate only Age: 18 to 35 years Qualification: ITI / Diploma / Any Degree Experience: 0.6 to 4 years / Freshers Salary: 15,500 to 19,500 Per Month Benefits: PF / ESI / Yearly Bonus & increment / Overtime Pay / Attendance Bonus Other Benefits: Promotion within six to Ten Months Cab Facility (Over 5KM) Food Provided (shift) Incentives (Night Shift, Double Machine, Production Achievements) Accommodation (Free Room for Six Months) Skills Required: Ability to set up the VMC and HMC machines, including installing tools, fixtures, and ensuring proper machine calibration. Understanding of G-code programming for both VMC and HMC Proficiency in reading and interpreting G-code or M-code instructions. Basic knowledge of CNC programming techniques for both VMC and HMC Operate CNC machines to perform milling, drilling, tapping, and other operations. Ability to load and unload materials or workpieces, ensuring they are securely placed on the worktable. Roles and Responsibilities: Perform operations like drilling, tapping, milling, and face milling on different surfaces of the workpiece. Work with automated systems and robotic arms (if available) for loading/unloading parts to increase machine utilization. Given that HMC machines can handle more complex parts faster, operators must ensure that the machine is running at maximum efficiency.
