• Operate and monitor manufacturing machines used in surgical and medical disposable products.
• Handle machines such as:
• Surgical Paper Tape Coating Machine
• Surgical Paper Tape Cutting Machine
• Bouffant Cap Making Machine
• Elastic Adhesive Bandage Making Machine
• Other related medical disposable manufacturing machines
• Ensure proper machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain production quality as per company standards.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and GMP guidelines strictly.
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines.
• Coordinate with supervisors to meet daily production targets.
• Maintain records of production and machine performance if required.

Skills & Requirements:

• ITI certification (Fitter, Machine Operator, Electrical, Mechanical, or related trade preferred).
• Basic understanding of machine operations.
• Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Attention to quality and safety standards.
