Job DescriptionPost: Machine Operator Company: Vismed Healthcare Location: Indore Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹15,000 per month Experience: Fresher / Experienced (Both Welcome) Qualification: ITI Pass (Any Relevant Trade) Job Responsibilities: Operate and monitor manufacturing machines used in surgical and medical disposable products. Handle machines such as: Surgical Paper Tape Coating Machine Surgical Paper Tape Cutting Machine Bouffant Cap Making Machine Elastic Adhesive Bandage Making Machine Other related medical disposable manufacturing machines Ensure proper machine setup, operation, and basic troubleshooting. Maintain production quality as per company standards. Follow safety, hygiene, and GMP guidelines strictly. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines. Coordinate with supervisors to meet daily production targets. Maintain records of production and machine performance if required. Skills & Requirements: ITI certification (Fitter, Machine Operator, Electrical, Mechanical, or related trade preferred). Basic understanding of machine operations. Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment. Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Attention to quality and safety standards.
