Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a VMC Operator at KRISH PRECISIONS in Tiruchengode, Tamil Nadu. The VMC Operator will be responsible for setting up, programming, operating, and maintaining Vertical Machining Centers (VMC). The role requires performing regular inspections, ensuring production quality, troubleshooting equipment issues, and maintaining safety and operational standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in programming, setting up, and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC)
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Knowledge of precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
• Skills in identifying and resolving equipment and machining issues
• Understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and their applications
• Ability to adhere to safety protocols and quality assurance standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Previous experience in the aerospace or general engineering sectors is an advantage
• Relevant vocational training or certifications in CNC machining or related fields
