Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Operator with hands-on experience in CNC Milling and Turning operations. The ideal candidate should be able to set up machines, read technical drawings, inspect components, and maintain quality standards during production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC Milling and Turning machines as per production requirements
• Set up machines, tools, and fixtures before starting operations
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, tool paths, and work instructions
• Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments (Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge)
• Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments
• Maintain production reports, job cards, and quality documentation
• Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure safety compliance
• Coordinate with production and quality teams for smooth workflow

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Fitter, Machinist, or related field
• 1–3 years experience in CNC Milling or Turning operation
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Knowledge of cutting tools and machining parameters
• Basic understanding of quality inspection tools
• Ability to work in shifts
