Job Description

We Are looking for VMC machine operator with 2 years of experience setting up and operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMCs), reading blueprints, performing quality checks on finished parts, and performing routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting. Key responsibilities also involve loading/unloading materials, selecting tools, adjusting machine settings for efficiency, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Key responsibilities Machine operation: Set up, operate, and monitor VMC machines to produce parts according to production requirements. Blueprint interpretation: Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to understand machining requirements. Quality assurance: Perform quality checks on finished products using precision instruments and ensure they meet specifications. Maintenance and troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor issues with VMC equipment. Material handling: Load and unload materials onto machines and select appropriate tools and fixtures. Safety and organization: Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area. Record keeping: Document production data, machine performance, and maintain logs. Collaboration: Work with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
