Job Type: Full-Time (Immediate Joiners Only)Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹35,000 per monthAdditional Benefits: Overtime (OT) Pay Annual Bonus ESIC & PF Benefits Free Accommodation Free 3-Time Meals Provided Experience Required:Minimum 6 months to 15 years in VMC or CNC operating Job Description:We are seeking skilled and dedicated VMC/CNC Operators to join our team at our Bidadi facility. The ideal candidates should have hands-on experience in operating, setting, and maintaining CNC or VMC machines in a precision manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor CNC/VMC machines to produce components as per drawings and specifications. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and job orders. Perform regular maintenance checks and ensure machine efficiency. Inspect finished components for accuracy and quality. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards at the workstation. Coordinate with the production team to meet daily targets. Eligibility Criteria:ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Fitter / Turner / Machinist or relevant field. Must have experience in CNC/VMC operating (setting/programming experience is an added advantage). Ability to work in rotational shifts. Immediate joiners preferred.
