Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Understand and analyze technical hiring requirements for roles in ASIC/FPGA design, RTL, verification, physical design, and other VLSI domains. Develop and implement sourcing strategies using job portals, social media, referrals, and networking events. Screen candidates for technical and cultural fit through resume evaluation and initial interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a smooth candidate experience. Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Collaborate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand evolving job requirements and industry trends. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Track metrics and provide reports on recruiting activity and performance. Stay current with VLSI industry developments and talent movement. Requirements: Bachelors degree in HR, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of technical recruiting experience, focusing on VLSI or the semiconductor industry. Strong understanding of VLSI job roles, technologies, and industry terminology (e.g., RTL, UVM, STA, DFT, Synthesis, etc.). Experience using ATS and recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, Monster, etc. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
