We are a growing yoga-fashion brand based out of gurugram. We believe visuals aren’t just design—they are stories, emotions, and experiences. We’re looking for a Visual Storytelling Designer who can transform every creative into something people feel, not just see.

Role Overview

This is not a basic “creative design” role. As a Visual Storytelling Designer, you will take ownership of how our brand looks and feels across every touchpoint. You’ll combine advanced technical skill with an artistic eye to ensure every asset—from a photo & video to a campaign—tells a powerful, aesthetic story.

You’ll be the person who sees what others miss: whether it’s colors not graded right, balance slightly off, hierarchy weak, or a PNG cutout not clean—you’ll own fixing it before it goes live.

Key Responsibilities

●     Lead visual storytelling for campaigns, ads, website, and social content.

●     Own the color grading & emotional tonality of all visuals.

●     Retouch, manipulate, and enhance images with precision to bring products and emotions to life.

●     Ensure every design respects core principles: balance, hierarchy, proportion, contrast, typography, texture, etc.

●     Spot flaws immediately (composition issues, uneven lighting, improper cut-outs, file & size errors) and fix them.

●     Adapt designs for multiple formats (static, web, print) while maintaining emotional impact.

●     Guide junior designers to uplift overall design quality in the team.

●     Bring fresh creative ideas and global aesthetic references to keep the brand ahead of design trends.

Requirements

●     2+ years of experience in graphic/visual design, with a focus on storytelling.

●     Strong portfolio showcasing emotional depth, color grading, and impactful design.

●     Mastery of photo manipulation, retouching, and creating high-quality exports (print + digital).

●     Advanced knowledge of design principles: hierarchy, balance, contrast, typography, proportion, rhythm.

●     Strong understanding of how aesthetic decisions influence emotions & brand perception.

●     High attention to detail—you can spot errors that others overlook.

●     Proficiency in editing tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom), Figma etc.

●     Motion graphics/video editing experience is a bonus.

●     Independent thinker with the confidence to own visual quality without constant direction.
