Job Description

Visual Designer ( 0-2 years Exp. )

We are looking for a highly creative and versatile Visual Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be able to craft compelling, visually engaging static and motion graphics for digital platforms, promotional content, social media, and video productions. You will work closely with other designers, marketers, and project managers to produce dynamic, high-quality content across both design and video mediums.

Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality graphics and visual assets for digital platforms including websites, email campaigns, and social media.
Create and edit video content for various marketing channels, including promotional videos, social media content, advertisements, tutorials, and more.
Create engaging animations, transitions, and motion graphics that enhance storytelling and user experience.
Develop and refine branding and visual identity across all digital and print media, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
Create visually compelling marketing materials such as brochures, banners, posters, and social media posts.
Design engaging user interfaces and create visual elements for websites and mobile applications.
Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize and execute visually appealing layouts, typography, and illustrations.
Produce mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design concepts effectively.
Collaborate with the content team to develop and implement a video strategy that aligns with broader marketing goals and brand messaging.

Requirements:

Bachelor s degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience as a Visual Designer with strong video editing skills and a portfolio showcasing both design and video work.
Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Strong understanding of design principles such as typography, color theory, layout, and composition.
Knowledge of video production techniques, including filming, video editing, color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics.
Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and ability to take creative direction and feedback.
Ability to collaborate effectively with team members from various departments to achieve the best possible results.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with video content optimization for different platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, Facebook).
Basic understanding of motion graphics and animation is a plus.
