Visual Designer

You will be working as a Visual Designer at a purpose-driven full-scale integrated marketing & digital agency based in Mumbai. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with clients to understand business objectives, designing concepts, graphics, layouts, and managing social media platforms. You will be required to translate design requirements into wireframes and user-friendly interfaces, seek approval for design concepts, and develop design briefs through research. As a Visual Designer, you will collaborate with various team members such as printers, copywriters, photographers, designers, web developers, and marketing specialists. Your role will involve working on websites, enterprise applications, embedded product UIs, and creating mood boards while participating in brainstorming sessions. You must deliver high-quality design deliverables, stay updated with design trends, and ensure consistent branding across all communication channels. To qualify for this position, you must hold a graduate degree from a design or communication college. It is essential to be proficient in various design software like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, Dreamweaver, and InDesign. A background in 2D animation and video editing using software like Premiere Pro and After Effects would be beneficial. Candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or creative agency are preferred for this role. You should possess excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, follow strict deadlines, and have a keen eye for design principles including color, typography, and layout. The role requires you to have your own laptop, work Monday to Friday, and be based in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, or the MMRDA region. The work location will be in Powai, Mumbai, following a hybrid model, and the salary will be as per industry standards.
