About the Role:

Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design visually engaging

  interfaces, web pages, mobile apps, and marketing materials

  aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with UX designers to

  translate wireframes and prototypes into high-fidelity visual designs

  .
• Develop and maintain

  design systems, style guides, and component libraries

  .
• Create graphics, icons, illustrations, and other

  visual assets

  for digital and print media.
• Ensure

  consistent branding, typography, color schemes, and design standards

  across all touchpoints.
• Work with developers to ensure

  accurate implementation of visual designs

  in applications.
• Stay updated on

  current design trends, tools, and best practices

  to produce modern, innovative designs.
• Participate in

  user research and feedback sessions

  to improve visual design and usability.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting

  deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with

  motion graphics, animation, or video editing tools

  (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Knowledge of

  HTML/CSS basics

  and collaboration with front-end developers.
• Familiarity with

  branding and marketing design principles

  .
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum environments

  .
• Knowledge of

  user-centered design and accessibility standards
