Visual Designer

Samespace is an innovative technology company dedicated to building beautifully designed and intuitive software solutions, grounded in simplicity and perfection. Inspired by Apple’s meticulous approach and Dieter Rams’s design principles, we strive for thoughtful, user-centered experiences. We’re currently hiring talented mid- to senior-level designers for our Mumbai office. Successful candidates will fill either a UI Designer or a Marketing & Ad Designer role, depending on their individual strengths and interests. Regardless of your specialization, you’ll collaborate closely with a passionate team, bringing creativity, strategy, and excellence to every project.

Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling designs that align with project requirements.
• Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to develop and refine design concepts.
• Clearly communicate and justify your design choices, demonstrating understanding from a user perspective.
• Ensure consistency in visual elements across various platforms and media.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and integrate them into projects.
• Continuously refine and iterate designs based on feedback.
• Contribute to shaping Samespace’s overall visual identity and design standards.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio showcasing your own work (no collaborative projects) demonstrating visual quality, creativity, and thoughtful design rationale.
• Expert proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Bonus skills (preferred, but not required): DaVinci Resolve, Blender, Jitter, Adobe After Effects.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly around explaining and advocating for your design decisions.
• A proactive, self-starting work ethic with the ability to thrive independently and collaboratively.
