The role:

Senior Visual Designer

Firebrand Labs | Full-time | Chennai

2-4 years

What youll do:

• Design everything from social media creatives to brand identity systems
• Craft infographics, memes, campaign visuals, and digital assets
• Build out brand collaterals brochures, pitch decks, merch, and more
• Collaborate on UI/UX design for websites and products
• Join creative brainstorms and pitch campaign ideas
• Lead client conversations with confidence and clarity
• Take ownership of projects end-to-end
• Work across a crazy-cool mix of domains: Web3, healthcare, hospitality, NGOs, staffing & more
• Grow into a team lead in under a year (yep, we mean it)

Your toolbox (must-haves):

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Figma or Adobe XD (basics okay)

Adobe InDesign (basics okay)

Bonus points for:

Motion design (After Effects)

3D/design mockups (Adobe Dimensions)

Soft skills that go a long way:
