Location: Remote Role Type: Contract, with performance-based scale-up Compensation: Base + Commission + Bonuses About the Role You’ll lead growth via proactive outreach, strategic pipeline building, and opening doors to new clients across design, development & email marketing automation. Key Responsibilities Research and identify high-potential clients in SaaS, tech-enabled platforms, and enterprise teams. Outbound lead generation via LinkedIn, cold email, partnerships, and referral channels. Qualify leads, conduct discovery calls or segments, and hand off to the founder for closure. Prepare tailored proposals, presentations, and cadence flows. Manage pipeline and CRM for lead tracking and conversion metrics. Provide feedback to refine offer messaging and outreach effectiveness. Ideal Candidate Profile Demonstrated success in BDM/BDR/SDR roles —especially in agency environments. Comfortable selling high-value creative, technical, or growth services . Understands agency/business models, not just transactional sales. Experienced with tools like MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, Apollo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator . Excellent written/verbal communication, empathy, persistence, and strategic thinking.
