Job Summary:

Visual Designer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and produce visual assets for websites, mobile apps, social media, advertising campaigns, email templates, and other marketing materials.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers, product managers, marketers, and developers to deliver cohesive and user-centered designs.
• Translate complex concepts and ideas into clean, visually appealing graphics.
• Maintain and contribute to brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
• Prepare design files for development and/or print production with a strong understanding of formats, resolution, and color theory.
• Iterate on feedback and continuously improve design output based on data, testing, and user research.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Over 5 years of experience in visual design, graphic design, or digital design.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of visual design projects.
• Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or 3D design is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience designing for web and mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and working with front-end developers.
• Knowledge of accessibility and responsive design principles.
• Experience with branding and identity systems.
