About The Role

Designation: Visual Design Senior Analyst

Qualifications:Any Graduation

Years of Experience:5 to 8 years

What would you do? Design static visual assets such as banners, icons, infographics, and layouts for eLearning coursesSupport the visual design of learning modules using tools like Articulate RiseCollaborate with instructional designers to translate content into engaging visualsEnsure consistency in branding, style, and layout across all learning materialsEdit and optimize images for digital learning environmentsFollow visual guidelines and contribute to maintaining a high-quality learner experience

What are we looking for? A creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and design aestheticsBasic understanding of graphic design principles (layout, color, typography)Ability to work collaboratively in a team and take feedback constructivelyWillingness to learn and adapt to new tools, styles, and project needsGood time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasksDesign tools like Adobe Photoshop, IllustratoreLearning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise or StorylineCreating responsive visuals for web and mobile platformsUnderstanding user experience (UX) principles in designWorking with brand guidelines and visual templates

Roles and Responsibilities: Create and deliver high-quality static visuals for digital learning contentSupport the development of visually engaging eLearning modulesMaintain visual consistency and adhere to brand standardsParticipate in design reviews and incorporate feedbackCollaborate with cross-functional teams including instructional designers and media leadsStay updated on design trends and tools relevant to digital learning
