Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Commercial Manager located in Kolkata. The Visual Commercial Manager will be responsible for overseeing commercial management, developing business plans, and managing contracts. They will also handle team management and ensure that all visual merchandising aligns with brand standards. Daily tasks will include analyzing market trends, creating strategies to boost sales, and coordinating with various departments to achieve business goals.

  • Commercial Management and Business Planning skills
  • Team Management skills to lead and inspire the workforce
  • Experience in Contract Management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Kolkata
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
  • Experience in retail or fashion industry is a plus
