Visiting Lecturer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for teaching, mentoring, and training students in the exciting domain of cryptocurrency and blockchain-based trading. Your role involves delivering engaging lectures and practical sessions on the fundamentals of cryptocurrency and blockchain, types of cryptocurrencies and their market behavior, crypto exchanges, wallets, and security mechanisms, technical and fundamental analysis for crypto trading, risk management, and ethical trading practices. Additionally, you will develop training modules, case studies, and simulation-based trading exercises, and mentor students through hands-on workshops or live trading practice. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions on: - Fundamentals of cryptocurrency and blockchain - Types of cryptocurrencies and their market behavior - Crypto exchanges, wallets, and security mechanisms - Technical and fundamental analysis for crypto trading - Risk management and ethical trading practices - Develop training modules, case studies, and simulation-based trading exercises - Mentor students through hands-on workshops or live trading practice (using demo or sandbox environments) Qualification Required: Professional Expertise: - Extensive hands-on experience in cryptocurrency trading, portfolio management, and market analysis - Strong familiarity with crypto exchanges, wallets, trading tools, and market dynamics - In-depth understanding of risk management, technical and fundamental analysis, and current trends in the crypto ecosystem Teaching/Training Experience: - Prior experience in delivering workshops, training sessions, or academic lectures on trading, financial markets, or related subjects is highly preferred Duration & Compensation: - Duration: 10 to 20 hours of delivery per batch in workshop mode - Compensation: Competitive honorarium commensurate with experience and expertise Additional Details: DBS Global University is committed to fostering cutting-edge education that prepares students for the dynamic and evolving global economy.
