Role Overview: As a Visiting Faculty at SDBI, your primary responsibility will be teaching Business Communication and Soft Skills to undergraduate students pursuing B.Sc. Data Science at Garware College in Pune. You will be delivering lectures on various topics including Verbal & Non-verbal Communication, Email and Report Writing, Presentation & Public Speaking Skills, Interview Skills & Resume Building, Teamwork, Time Management & Conflict Resolution, as well as Confidence building and Personal Branding. Your role will involve preparing students for the dynamic workplace of today by providing them with essential communication training. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver lectures on Business Communication and Soft Skills topics to undergraduate students - Cover areas such as Verbal & Non-verbal Communication, Email and Report Writing, Presentation & Public Speaking Skills, Interview Skills & Resume Building, Teamwork, Time Management & Conflict Resolution, Confidence building, and Personal Branding - Conduct interactive, activity-based sessions and mock interviews effectively - Ensure students are well-prepared for the workplace by enhancing their communication skills Qualifications Required: - Graduation/Postgraduation in fields such as English, Mass Communication, Psychology, HR, or related disciplines - Strong communication training experience and a passion for preparing students for the workplace - Practical exposure to corporate communication and training will be an advantage - Prior teaching/training experience in communication or soft skills is preferred - Ability to conduct interactive, activity-based sessions and mock interviews effectively If you meet the qualifications and are interested in this opportunity, please send your resume to info@sdbi.in or apply directly through the provided channel.,
