Job Description

Job Title : VisionPLUS Mainframe Developer CMS/FAS/FMS Modules Location : PAN India (Hybrid Mode Flexible Location) Experience : 3 to 15 Years Notice Period : Immediate Joiners Only (0–15 days max) Job Description We are looking for experienced Mainframe Developers with hands-on expertise in VisionPLUS and its key modules such as CMS, FAS, and FMS . The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude to contribute to cutting-edge financial services platforms. Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance applications using VisionPLUS on Mainframe (COBOL, JCL, VSAM, DB2) . Customize and support VisionPLUS modules such as: CMS (Credit Management System) FAS (Financial Authorization System) FMS (Fraud Management System) Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed technical specifications. Perform impact analysis, coding, unit testing, and deployment in agile environments. Work closely with business analysts, QA, and support teams to ensure delivery excellence. Debug and resolve critical issues in production and UAT environments. Mandatory Skills 3+ years of VisionPLUS hands-on development experience Strong expertise in Mainframe technologies : COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS Deep understanding of VisionPLUS architecture and data structures Exposure to CMS/FAS/FMS modules Experience in end-to-end SDLC in financial/banking card domains Good to Have Knowledge of credit card lifecycle , EMV , or loyalty systems Understanding of Agile practices and DevOps pipelines Prior experience working in client-facing or global delivery models Soft Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and take initiative Leadership potential for mentoring junior developers
