Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Planning daily merchandising priorities for his team by analysing the photographs and using the online excel tool.
Allocation, deployment & Tracking of POS Material between branches & VTL.
Installation of PMUs/Customized devise in TOP Stores by coordinating with BEs,/VTL’s.
Capability Development-Owns the classroom training of all VTL & VC’s on device execution, display execution pos execution, Responsible for conducting VTL & VC Qualification plan.
Responsible for all the display execution in Top Stores.
Audit of all stores in the territory once’s a quarter , sending pictures of all key initiative execution.
Team Handling & Trainings For VTL & VC, ISM
Product Display Execution As Per Company Norms
POSM & devices after executive Tracking as per frequency.
Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities
Reporting to Sales Manager

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate must have FMCG Background & Post Graduation
