• Vice Principal – Key Responsibilities (CBSE School)
• Assist the Principal in implementing the academic plan and school vision.
• Supervise curriculum delivery, lesson planning, and syllabus completion.
• Monitor teaching quality and provide academic support to teachers.
• Coordinate subject departments and ensure adherence to CBSE guidelines.
• Supervise and support teaching and non-teaching staff.
• Conduct regular staff meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
• Help with teacher recruitment, onboarding, and professional development.
• Enforce student discipline policies and handle behavioral issues.
• Guide students in personal development, values, and life skills.
• Oversee student attendance, punctuality, and uniform compliance.
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks in the absence of the Principal.
• Ensure proper implementation of time-table, substitutions, and exam schedules.
• Assist in school documentation, reports, circulars, and notices.
• Supervise the planning and smooth conduct of internal and board examinations.
• Monitor result analysis and student performance tracking.
• Ensure fair evaluation and timely submission of marks.
• Communicate regularly with parents through PTMs and feedback systems.
• Address parental concerns and maintain healthy parent-school relationships.
• Represent the school in community events and educational forums.
• Ensure all CBSE norms, policies, and safety guidelines are followed.
