Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Visa Officer - Canada PR. The Visa Officer will be responsible for handling visa applications, providing customer service, and addressing immigration-related issues. The officer will manage day-to-day client interactions, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time. The role requires regular updates on policy changes and regulations to offer the best advice to clients.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in handling Visas and experience with Immigration Issues
• Strong Interpersonal Skills and Customer Service experience
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in immigration consultancy is must
