Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Counselor - Immigration (PR) at our Ahmedabad location. The role involves providing comprehensive counseling to clients about the immigration process for permanent residency. Responsibilities include assessing clients' eligibility, preparing and reviewing documentation, guiding clients through the application process, and staying updated with immigration laws and policies. The Senior Counselor will also conduct client follow-ups, handle inquiries, and provide solutions to clients' concerns.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of immigration processes, policies, and requirements for Canada, Australia, and Europe
• Experience in client counseling, telephonic and in-person communication skills
• Abilitu to focus on achieving targets snd take necessary actions to acheive the same
• Proficiency in documentation preparation and review
• Ability to stay updated with immigration laws and regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
• Bachelor’s degree
• Previous experience in immigration consultancy is a must
