We’re expanding our energetic sales team and looking for confident, persuasive, and customer-focused professionals who can connect with potential clients and convert inquiries into successful registrations.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads and inbound inquiries.
• Clearly explain overseas job opportunities and Talen Aura’s visa assistance services.
• Understand each client’s career goals, eligibility, and preferred country.
• Convert interested prospects into paid consultation or documentation clients.
• Maintain accurate client data in CRM and perform daily follow-ups with warm leads.
• Handle objections confidently and provide accurate information on fees, process, and timelines.
• Achieve weekly and monthly conversion and revenue targets.
• Represent Talen Aura professionally and provide an outstanding customer experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, call center, BPO, or immigration consultancy.
• Excellent spoken English; proficiency in Malayalam or Hindi is a plus.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
• Confident handling high-volume outbound calls and nurturing leads to closure.
• Goal-oriented mindset with excellent follow-up discipline.
• Basic computer literacy and CRM software knowledge preferred.
