Job Description: Visa Filing Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle the end-to-end visa filing process for various visa categories, including tourist, work, student, and business visas.
• Review and verify client documents, ensuring compliance with the specific visa requirements of the destination country.
• Assist clients in filling out visa application forms accurately and completely.
• Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and visa processing centers to ensure timely submission and processing of visa applications.
• Stay updated on the latest visa regulations, requirements, and policies for different countries.
• Provide clients with guidance and advice on visa application procedures and required documents.
• Track the progress of visa applications and inform clients of any additional requirements or delays.
• Maintain detailed records of all applications, including client information, submission dates, and processing status.
• Ensure all applications are submitted within the required timeframes to avoid any delays.
• Handle client queries and concerns professionally, providing accurate and timely information.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
