Roles & Responsibilities1. Student File Preparation & Documentation Collect, verify, and organise all required documents for Australian student visa (Subclass 500). Ensure every file meets the requirements of GTE, SOP, financials, academic records, English tests and other compliance standards. Review student forms for accuracy, completeness, and authenticity. 2. Visa Application Lodgement Prepare, compile, and lodge visa applications through ImmiAccount with 100% accuracy. 3. Communication & Coordination Communicate with students regarding missing documents, required clarifications, or file deficiencies. Coordinate with universities, colleges, and education providers in Australia for COEs, offer letters, and updates. Handle email communications professionally and maintain proper records. 4. Compliance & Guidelines Ensure all applications meet compliance standards and adhere to institutional and government regulations. Maintain strict confidentiality of student data and sensitive documents. 5. Student Counseling Support Explain visa steps, timelines, requirements, and outcomes to students in simple, clear language. Guide students on financial documentation, SOP drafting, GTE preparation, and interview readiness. Provide basic assistance in course selection and institution matching where required. 6. File Management & Reporting Maintain digital and physical files in an organised structure for quick retrieval. Prepare daily/weekly reports on lodged applications, pending cases, approvals, and refusals. Track deadlines for COE issuance, visa lodgement, and biometrics/health checks. 7. Follow-Ups & Support Assist students with biometrics, medicals, health insurance (OSHC) arrangements. Guide them in responding to COE or visa-related queries. Handle follow-ups with students, parents, and institutions until visa decision is made. 8. Quality Control & Case Review Double-check all files before lodgement to minimise errors. Review refusal cases (if any) and prepare corrective measures for re-filing. Maintain a high processing accuracy rate to boost overall visa approval outcomes. 9. Teamwork & Coordination Work closely with admission counsellors, team leaders, and management for smooth workflow. 10. Professional Skills Required Strong understanding of the Australian student visa system. Excellent document handling, attention to detail, and English communication. Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple files simultaneously. Computer proficiency: ImmiAccount, MS Office, email drafting, scanning tools.
