Visa Filing Officer

Job Summary:
The Visa Filing Officer will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and submitting visa applications while ensuring all documents meet embassy and institution requirements. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work within deadlines in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Document Verification: Review and verify all student documents for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Application Preparation: Prepare visa files according to embassy guidelines and institutional requirements.
• Coordination: Communicate with students and counsellors to collect missing documents or provide status updates.
• Compliance: Ensure that all applications adhere to the latest immigration and visa regulations.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate and organized digital and physical records of student files and correspondence.

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Arts, Commerce, or Management).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Basic computer and documentation skills (MS Office, PDF editing, scanning, etc.).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Freshers are welcome; training will be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
