Visa Filing Officer

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Visa Filing Officer to manage and process visa applications efficiently. The ideal candidate will be familiar with embassy/consulate requirements, document verification, and online submission portals for countries such as the UK, Schengen, Canada, Australia, and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of visa applications
• Collect, verify, and organize required documentation from clients
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of application forms
• Schedule visa appointments and track submission deadlines
• Stay up to date with changing embassy/consulate regulations
• Maintain communication with clients to clarify requirements and follow-ups
• Maintain records of all applications and updates in CRM or filing systems
• Liaise with consulates, embassies, and visa centers as needed
• Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: travel, administration, or law)
• Prior experience in visa processing is a plus
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English & local language)
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with VFS/BLS/embassy portals (UKVI, Schengen, etc.)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace

Preferred Skills

• Multilingual skills (especially for clients from diverse regions)
• Experience in study abroad, immigration, or travel agency settings
• CRM knowledge for tracking client progress

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
