Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end visa filing procedures for various countries (student, tourist, work, and other visa categories).
Review and verify client documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.
Prepare, organize, and submit visa applications within the required timelines.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, visa requirements, and changes in embassy processes.
Communicate with clients to guide them through documentation, application status, and requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for smooth processing.
Maintain records of applications and follow up with embassies/consulates when needed.
Handle queries, provide excellent customer support, and ensure high client satisfaction.

Requirements:

1–4 years of experience in visa filing, immigration consultancy, or relevant roles.
Strong understanding of visa documentation and embassy guidelines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in student visa processing.
Knowledge of SOP writing, CAS processes, or country-specific visa rules (UK/Canada/Australia/Europe).
Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
