Visa Filing Officer

We are looking for a meticulous and detail-oriented Visa Filing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and submitting visa applications, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate. This role requires a strong understanding of immigration laws and regulations, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Application Preparation: Prepare and compile visa application packages for submission to relevant authorities.
• Documentation Review: Ensure all required documents are collected, verified, and organized according to the specific visa requirements.
• Compliance: Stay updated on immigration laws and regulations to ensure all applications meet legal and procedural standards.
• Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates on their application status.
• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all visa applications and related documents.
• Problem-Solving: Address any issues or discrepancies that arise during the application process.
• Follow-Up: Monitor the progress of submitted applications and follow up with authorities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in visa filing or immigration services.
• Skills:
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of visa and immigration procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and document management systems.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Attributes:
