Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Visa Filing - New Zealand, located in Chandigarh. The selected individual will be responsible for managing visa application processes, reviewing and submitting documents, ensuring compliance with New Zealand immigration regulations, and providing updates to clients. Day-to-day tasks also include maintaining accurate records, coordinating with relevant authorities, and offering guidance to applicants throughout the visa process.

Qualifications

• Experience in filing and managing visa applications, particularly for New Zealand
• Knowledge of New Zealand immigration laws and regulations
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using immigration management software and document management systems
• Customer service experience, preferably in immigration or travel-related sectors
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, or related field
