Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Visa Filing - New Zealand located in Chandigarh. The Visa Filing Specialist will be responsible for managing visa applications, ensuring compliance with New Zealand immigration regulations, and handling client documentation. This role involves reviewing client documents, preparing visa files, liaising with clients to gather necessary information, and submitting visa applications. The specialist must stay updated with the latest immigration policies and ensure timely and accurate processing of applications.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of New Zealand visa regulations and immigration policies
• Experience with visa application processes and documentation requirements
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in MS Office and visa processing software
• Previous experience in immigration consultancy or similar field is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
