VISA Executive - Student VISA

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Visa Executive to join our abroad education team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete student visa application process, ensuring timely and accurate documentation, and providing exceptional support to students seeking to study overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end student visa application processes for countries such as the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and European nations.
• Guide students through visa documentation requirements and ensure all documents are in compliance with embassy and consulate standards.
• Keep up-to-date with changing immigration policies, embassy guidelines, and visa regulations for various countries.
• Schedule and manage visa appointments, application submissions, and biometric processes.
• Maintain accurate records of student files and submissions.
• Provide regular training to the counseling and admission teams on visa policies and updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (education, international relations, or related fields preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in visa processing, preferably in the overseas education or immigration industry. Fresher's can also apply
• Strong knowledge of visa regulations for major study destinations (UK, USA, Canada, Australia, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently and work under deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data management tools.

Salary: Best in the industry( As per the performance & Experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
