We are looking for a Visa Executive to handle visa applications, documentation, and client coordination. The candidate should have good communication skills and knowledge of visa procedures.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Handle visa applications for study, tourist, and Spouse visas
Guide clients on visa requirements and eligibility
Collect, verify, and organize client documents
Fill and submit visa application forms accurately
Coordinate with embassies, VFS, and immigration portals
Track application status and provide timely updates to clients
Assist clients with interview preparation when required
Ensure compliance with immigration laws and consultancy policies
Maintain accurate and confidential client records

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or equivalent qualification
Basic knowledge of visa and immigration procedures
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Ability to handle multiple applications efficiently
Computer knowledge (MS Office, email, online portals)

Preferred Skills

Experience in visa consultancy or travel industry
Knowledge of country-specific visa processes (Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Europe etc.)
