Visa Executive

With growing holiday and corporate bookings, we need an experienced Visa & Documentation Executive to manage the entire visa process smoothly. If you have at least 1 year of hands-on visa experience and know the ins and outs of consulate rules, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end visa applications (tourist, business, student, group, and corporate visas).
• Coordinate with SUPPLIERS , embassies, consulates, and VFS centers for submissions and updates.
• Guide clients on documentation requirements, application forms, and interview prep.
• Maintain updated knowledge of visa regulations, timelines, and country-specific rules.
• Handle complex cases (rejections, urgent visas, corrections) with accuracy and speed.
• Work closely with the holiday and ticketing team to ensure visa readiness before travel.
• Keep records organized, track application statuses, and provide timely updates to clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of visa processing experience (travel agency or visa consultancy preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Schengen, USA, UK, Middle East, and Asian country visas.
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously.
• Familiarity with VFS, consulate portals, and online visa systems.
